I have one appointment each day this week, which means I overplan for it.. Back to normal on Saturday.

Had a two day anti-social in bed break. Needed it. Back on schedule today, even if I have to run in the rainstorm.

Learned how to use the bus system today. Learned there's a discounted fare for those disabled only after I paid.

APS confirmed to be: useless. Sticking to the plan confirmed to be: good.

I don't know whether I want to suffer the heat & run during the afternoon, or switch to an earlier schedule and be less of a night owl..

Self-care day. Was going to exercise today, but an hour into being awake.. my body said no. Just napping the day away after eating Chinese.

New medication trial has me feeling better than I have in years; I'm working on couch to 5k & active yoga again!!

Can it go back to being cool, please?

Suddenly, it's hot. And I must ignore the desire to start a sixth story because I may get in over my head..

Was a hot one for my first walk back. Doing bedding laundry all day. Hopefully I get a post to reply to!

I say I'm better, then four hours after being awake I'm fully congested. No matter, tomorrow I am walking again! (I want to!)

Giving myself until Friday to get better.. then back to walking. Still on top of my writing!
