Back to it, even if I got up a few hours late. Hopefully, the sun stays gone 'til I finish breakfast, do the floors, and run week 2.

Sunday, self-care day off.. as dictated by my sore body. Chinese, self-care shower after, then likely lots of naps.

The hardest thing I'm finding to stick to is eating my calories I earned & nothing more. Food is so good!
