Back to better habits today, I hope. It'll be rough.

Lazy day. Had six hours of errands yesterday. Also, halfway through the Saw series!

Therapy postponed until the 27th, I need a referral now for my therapist. Ungh. Lazy day ahead.

Haven't heard from my therapist.. going to have to phone before my appointment if she doesn't reach out soon. Damn, I'm tired.

Watching Saw III. Roomie & I have been enjoying the ride. I've seen the first four, he's seen the first three.

Unghhh. Going to try to game today, maybe write. I have two appointments tomorrow.

Cold, brr. May stay in, self-care, and play games. Hormones suck.

Gordon time with the roomie after breakfast, lunch & walk. Started Alan Wake, but haven't gotten far.

Breakfast, done. Lunch, done. Meditation - soon. Walk - soon. Then just need to actually do night yoga tonight & read in bed.

I have a few New Years' resolution, although I'm only being a stickler for one of them. Not ordering delivery anymore - not worth it!

Pharmacy, Costco, Walmart. My roomie took tonight off; may get stoned & watch movies.

Mm, raining. Not sure I want to do my walk..

A chilly mood to match chilly weather, I guess.

One phone call done, one to go. Then walk, then stream. Tomorrow, I go to a local dispensary legally for the first time!

Happy Holidays. Eating, going to go for a walk with the roomie, hang out online, finish the OG Stalker movie, eat snacks, etc.!

Forgetting adulting for the next two days. Going to watch movies today with the roomie & hang out. Eat some junk!

Chinese buffet for a Christmas lunch for the roomie, then Walmart for last of errands for 2025.. besides fighting with health insurance.

One phone call done. Going to try to get some gaming in, watch Ramsay with the roomie, then bedrot. My depression is awful.

My new glasses prescription.. I think is off. Wearing it today to see if I adjust, if not, phone call tomorrow. Laundry day today.

Another day of errands; picking up new glasses, new medication, hitting up Costco one last time before Christmas.
