Missed my SNAP renewal email somehow, now dealing with that. Virginia has the worst system I've dealt with.

I have.. thigh burn from my walk yesterday. And it hurts!

Plans canceled today due to heat; may go for a walk later tonight. Had a girl therapy group session to help me feel better about stalker-kun

Did morning things, may try to convince roomie to go for a walk with me later or go get some groceries if he needs them.

Yoga, breakfast, cleanup, run, shower, laze. Back to it today.
