Kinda feeling normal, almost there. Done with my Louis Theroux binge, though. :c

I feel okay.. considering. About another eight episodes of Louis Theroux documentaries (minus the interview episodes) & I'm caught up.

Back to normal schedule today. Excited about walking during the on & off storm.

Something just still feels off. I think the lorazepam is still in my system. I'm not quite back to my "normal" yet on my usual meds.

Why do people hate that I enjoy media alone without talking about them while experiencing them?

Not sure what to do with my day yet. Breakfast & hand/ankle exercises first.

Got up a bit earlier today. Walking today, too. Working on feeling more normal again.

Tired of being tired.

Had to get up early. Tired. Not going to nap, just go to bed early.

Got that summertime sadness.

Feeling a bit bummed today, from my dreams. Going for a grocery walk & watching Backrooms later.

Love how it's been so cloudy lately. Needed a break from the heat.

Shrooms were old; got a microdose effect. Still helps. I left them too long, waiting for the "perfect time".

Waiting on groceries, then nap. Then.. trip time!

Back on the PC; missed my desk!

Been off the PC as a friend is revarnishing my desk for free. Sure miss it..

PCP (main doctor) appointment today. Have a few issues to bring up, which is always hard for me. Feels like going before a judge.

Going to game while waiting for it to cool beneath 80, then go for that walk!

Got to walk to Food Lion today & also clean and bring in a small fridge from the outside porch. Writing.. isn't a thing right now. Trying.

Hoping it's cool enough tonight to go for a walk while it's not raining.
