man I wish I didn't have a severe seasonal depression, I really want to love autumn. It's so beautiful and everything but me seems peaceful

my joint pains got really bad again, really suddenly. even sitting completely still hurts more and more :( my temperature spikes sometimes

aaaahhh... I'm less depressed but now my anxiety is out of controll again @_@ + yesterday I spent 11+ hours playing sims 4 non stop
