how do i tell when i actually need to step back and take a break/get some rest when i always feel exhausted

want to get into volunteering or activism but don't know where to start

just watched the first episode of the new live action ATLA. i've heard it was bad so i went in with low expectations. it wasn't awful ig :/

completely revamped the styling for my neocities site. im really happy with how it turned out!!! :D

once again doing the majority of a group project on the last day before its due. i love school

been eating really unhealthy lately.. its making me sick

soooooooooo sleepy. but im in class rn

my stomach hurts but i still have to go to class. i'm being SO brave about it
