Yeah I pushed myself too hard, now the carpal tunnel really really hurts and I'm kind of spooked about it becoming chronic ☹️

Going back to the ophthalmologist tomorrow. Steroid drops ended yesterday, already have symptoms coming back. :( Left eye still rly blurry.
