I've had pain in my right suboccipitals for 6 years now and have kind of given up on it getting better.

My arm is stiff and painful from my elbow to fingers. I assume the entire median nerve is irritated from my neck down.

I started using red light therapy on my arms and hopefully it's doing something, in addition to LDN and neuromag I'm hoping to calm it down

Now I'm creeping myself out because I am noticing some muscle wasting on my thumb. I set a dr appt but it's still a few weeks out

Like a year ago my neurologist mentioned that I had slight carpal tunnel but he didn't seem worried so I let it go.

There's a lot of stuff online about people needing surgery for this stuff but I'm hoping that I'll get better if I just rest it.

I'm using speech to text and voice commands for my phone but man my arm really hurts and worse yet my left arm is also getting carpal tunnel

Yeah I pushed myself too hard, now the carpal tunnel really really hurts and I'm kind of spooked about it becoming chronic ☹️
