I'd be less worried if this hadn't been a thing that happens to me since my 20s. It's just never been this bad before.

I panic sent my GP a message asking for a referral for an EMG and to see a specialist.

I keep looking at all these horror stories online of all these people who end up getting surgery for carpal tunnel.

I've also got to seriously reassess how I draw and practice to undo decades of really bad habits.

I'll work on nerve glides and strengthening after the pain flare is gone.

I started using red light therapy on my arms and hopefully it's doing something, in addition to LDN and neuromag I'm hoping to calm it down

Now I'm creeping myself out because I am noticing some muscle wasting on my thumb. I set a dr appt but it's still a few weeks out

Like a year ago my neurologist mentioned that I had slight carpal tunnel but he didn't seem worried so I let it go.

There's a lot of stuff online about people needing surgery for this stuff but I'm hoping that I'll get better if I just rest it.

I'm using speech to text and voice commands for my phone but man my arm really hurts and worse yet my left arm is also getting carpal tunnel

Yeah I pushed myself too hard, now the carpal tunnel really really hurts and I'm kind of spooked about it becoming chronic ☹️

I need to ramble at some point about Dark; I adore time travel as a storytelling concept, and Dark is a masterpiece of the genre.
