tried meditation for the first time in earnest yesterday - i was shocked to "see" a lot of colors!

back at work! I noticed my knees kinda hurt from all the time in the van this past week @_@ but anyway, I’m thinking a lot about what’s next

back home after our little tour - I’m so grateful that I got to do that! now I wanna take care of my body and recuperate this week

playing nyc tonight! and then it's back to work tomorrow

catching up on zine stuff and then potluck tonight with our neighbors!

played around adding some stuff to my site today & now time to get food before we head to the show for the night

back in the US of UGH but happy to play Philly tonight
