Update! We have lots of cucumbers, tomatoes and adzuki but the soybeans & giant winter spinach did not succeed this year. BUT we have loofa!

The giant spinach I tested was 10+ years old and still sprouted. Planted my Cha Kura Kake Soybeans in starter trays today.

Planted my Adzuki beans and started my giant spinach (testing these older seeds) yesterday. Will start my Cha Kura Kake Soybeans later.
