I've had such a fun week of painting and creating. I know it will eventually ebb, but I'm loving this buzzy creative energy!

good start 2 august :) it was cool enough to paint outside this afternoon and we're making coconut pancakes for dinner

today is my birthday! I'm going to make a blackberry pie with berries from the local winery and maybe bask in the sun idk

we made crab cakes and cucumber sandwiches today and I'm going to think about them forever

heat wave is crazy - been staying inside playing fallout, watching 70s horror, and crafting paper jesters. air conditioning is the best

reading The Wind in the Willows under an oak tree amongst the flowering blackberry bushes next to the person I love is sublime, I'm so happy

find myself entranced by folk horror again. would kill for some summerisle apples :)
