WENT ON A TRIP TODAY

been going on walks in the evening and i feel like a normal person again

so much work this week

revisiting the music i liked as a 13 year old in an attempt to let go of my trauma

this year has had its ups and downs and this last week is definitely a down

very tired after eating so much

my plans for next year are big and ambitious and scary but i think i can do it
