feeling really bad lately. my head hurts, my wrist hurts, i'm not getting enough sleep. been hoping tomorrow will be better for a while :/

went to physio today and got some insight into my wrist problem and suggestions for exercises and splints. hoping they can actually help,,

update: work is over and i'm back to comms but my PC might be broken again. praying i don't have to buy new RAM sticks.
