fighting wanting to be online all the time is so hard! I go from not overindulging to being obsessed and it's so hard to get out of the hole

On the academic grind, working on the presentation for my dissertation proposal! Feels good to have some confidence in my uni work :P

I've been wanting to go bouldering since Wed and have tried and failed everyday since,, maybe today I'll succeed!

I haven't touched my code in DAYS, I need to get on with the credits page! So,, much.. uni work :/

Despite yesterday's mid day exhaustion my body didn't let me sleep until past midnight?! only got 6.5hrs :/ awake today tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If I lie down I will fall asleep, it's 16:30. I must stay awake until at least 7pm...

So exhausted today, struggling through my 4hrs of lectures. Looking forward to making good food later (gravy!)

It's 16:57 and I'm tired, can't believe my body only wants to be awake when it's light
