I was a little nervous because I purchased a bike earlier this week and the cashier informed me that the bike could not be returned for refunds and I ended up not liking the bike after doing a test run... luckily we inquired about exchanging the bike(used once, the handles were awful and hard to maintain balance when doing turn signals) and the manager agreed! I switched from a cruiser bike to a hybrid which is much much more comfortable to ride and has more settings to tinker with!
